COFFEE ASSISTANTS (hotel, room 1404, Sat & Sun mornings) We need a few good people to help Joi provide coffee in the Convention Lounge on Saturday and Sunday mornings. She will only do this if we get volunteers to assist. Two per hour. Sign up here to assist in the noble cause of providing coffee.
REGISTRATION DESK (at hotel, Fri, Sat, Sun): Sign up here to help at the Registration Desk.
LOUNGE (at hotel): Signup here to check in on the state of the Convention Lounge. The Con Suite had to be scaled back this year. There will be no preparing food — just canned drinks and prepackaged snacks. We are looking for people to keep an eye on things for an hour.
LOAD IN/OUT (Wed & Mon) Sign up here to assist with load-in and/or load-out. As many hands as we can reasonably get are wanted for load-in (at the storage garage), load-out! The mighty Charles Siros is managing the team.
- Monday morning (9 AM) at the storage garage: Meet at the storage garage to take materials from the UHaul and return them to the storage garage. Est. 9 AM.
ART SHOW SETUP AND BREAKDOWN (at the hotel, Thurs & Sun): Sign up here to assist with Art Show setup and/or breakdown. The fabulous Scott Zrubek will be heading up this effort.
- Thursday 9 -11 PM: Help Scott Zrubek with Art Show setup. You need not stay the entire time. Any help is appreciated!
- Sunday 12-4 PM at the hotel: Help Scott Zrubek Art Show breakdown. You need not stay the entire time. Any help is appreciated!
