ArmadilloCon Fans Come to the Convention Ready to Shop

Tables are standard 6-foot banquet tables, with covers. Table cost is $150, with discounts available for Science Fiction/Fantasy/Horror related non-profits. Dealers must provide their own merchandise covers; none will be provided. The first two tables you book come with one free convention membership each. Additional memberships may be purchased for $30 each, with a maximum of 4 total memberships per dealer. Electricity and wireless must be requested in advance. Wireless will require an additional fee (yet to be confirmed by the hotel).

Please note that the dealers’ room is semi-juried. While we are open to all dealers, we try to maintain a balance of types of dealers to ensure that both our attendees and the attending dealers have a good convention.

Because an application does not mean automatic acceptance, please watch for an email or contact the Dealers Room manager by email before submitting payment of any kind.
