Are you able to get involved in the 2025 convention in some way?

We are especially interested in behind the scenes work like:

• Wednesday night: Loading the truck with convention materials
• Thursday night: Unloading the truck at the hotel and setting up the Art Show & Hospitality Suite
• During the convention: We are looking for assistance in the Hospitality Suite and at the Registration Desk.
• Sunday afternoon: Reloading the truck, and then taking things back to the storage locker
