Kara Lenore will be appearing at ArmadilloCon 2025!

Kara Lenore is the author of Beneath a Sun Deprived Sky, her debut novel. Her short story “Climbing” appeared in the Mixed Bag of Tricks anthology (Kara Stockinger). In addition to being a founding member of the Armadillo Authors Society, Kara is an alumna of the Viable Paradise Workshop and a member of the Writers’ League of Texas. Kara earned a doctorate in
Japanese studies, experiences which influence her work. She now resides in Austin, Texas, with her husband, two children and spoiled tuxedo cat, working in the tech industry and escaping to
sci-fi and fantasy worlds whenever she can.
