Josh Rountree will be appearing at ArmadilloCon 2025!

Josh Rountree is an Austin based novelist and short story writer. His new novel The Unkillable Frank Lightning is billed as “Frankenstein in a Wild West Show” and his new novella Summer in the House of the Departed is a West Texas haunted house tale.

Several collections of his short fiction have been published, including his most recent, Death Aesthetic, featuring tales of death and transformation.

Rountree lives with his lovely wife of many years, and a pair of half-feral dogs who demand his obedience.
