Derek Austin Johnson will be appearing at ArmadilloCon 2026!

Derek Austin Johnson was born on the East Coast but has lived most of his life in the Lone Star State. His work has appeared in the Splatterpunk Award-winning anthology Camp Slasher Lake Vol. I, Midnight Tales, Anterior Skies, and Cthulhu Dreams. His story “Day of the Devilfish” was an Inkd Publishing Pushcart Prize nominee. He lives in Central Texas with his wife Gretchen Johnston and multiple cats.
