Austin Grossman will be appearing at ArmadilloCon 2024<\/strong>!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

AUSTIN GROSSMAN is an author, narrative designer and XR designer. His latest novel is Fight Me, from Penguin Random House UK. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

His other novels include Soon I Will Be Invincible, YOU, and Crooked, with several more forthcoming. Soon I Will Be Invincible was nominated for the 2007 John Sargent Sr. First Novel Prize. His writing has also appeared in Granta, the Wall Street Journal, and the New York Times.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

His game credits include Ultima Underworld 2, System Shock, Trespasser, Deus Ex, LMNO (unreleased Spielberg\/EA project), Epic Mickey, Dishonored, Dishonored: the Brigmore Witches, and Dishonored: The Knife of Dunwall. He worked as Director of Game Design and Interactive Storytelling at Magic Leap, and as principal designer at the XR startup QXR Studios. He is currently Principal Designer at Windup Minds. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

He has an M.A. in Performance Studies from NYU and is A.B.D. in English Literature at the University of California, Berkeley. He is currently an adjunct professor at NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
